Functional and Numerical Analysis Days
in honor of Michel Crouzeix - Registration & Accommodation

The "Functional and Numerical Analysis Days" in honor of Michel Crouzeix will take place at Village Vacances Familles (VVF) Beg Er Lenn in Guidel (Morbihan, France) from Thursday June 1 (evening) to Saturday June 3, 2006 (after lunch).

This conference will be held as a sequel of CANUM 2006 which begins on May 29 (after noon).

Registration to the "Michel Crouzeix Days" and accommodation booking can only be done by filling the registration form on the web site of CANUM 2006 before the deadline on May 12, 2006.

Registration Fee

Registration fee for CANUM 2006 includes registration to attend the "Days in honor of M. Crouzeix".

Participants who will only attend "Functional and Numerical Analysis Days in honor of Michel Crouzeix" (starting from Thursday June 1^st evening) will only pay the registration fee for this conference.

Accommodation rates

As a general rule, any two participants share a two bedroom en-suite appartment including a bathroom; each bedroom has a private access ('Double' mode accommodation).

A small number of studio appartments ('Single' mode accommodation) are available at an extra daily cost of 20.00 €.

Payment of registration fee and accommodation expenses

Payment, in euros only, can be made by any of the following :

• 'bon de commande' (issued by a French institution)
• credit card (online payment)
• cheque (issued from a French bank account)
• inernationnal money order

Any of the above mentionned modes can be used for the payment of both registration fee and accommodation expenses, for the payment of registration fee only or for the payment of accommodation expenses only.

In any case, payment for registration should reach us before the registration deadline, that is before May 12, 2006.
